HEROES DAY
Assalamualaikum wr. Wb
Good morning Ladies and Gentlemen
Honorable all of the committees
Honorable to all of the judges and the audiences here
First of all, I would like to say thanks to Allah for giving me blessings and health.
Secondly, our Prophet Muhammad saw. for guiding us to the way of the truth, that is Islam.
Ladies and Gentlemen,
Every November, 10th we always commemorate our The Day of Hero. We know that Independence is not free. There are so many struggles and sacrifices to get it. They, who died fighting for our independence, are called heroes, A hero didn’t ask anything. They dedicated all their lives to our freedom, Indonesian freedom.
As a student, we have to respect and appreciate our heroes. We can continue their struggle by studying hard. We must pray to them every day. Even before starting our lesson. Don’t forget to hold their pictures on the wall. I don’t want to hear that a student can’t answer the questions about heroes. I don’t want to hear that students don’t know their heroes.
Ladies and gentlemen,
Surabaya is well known as a City of Heroes. Many people died fighting for our freedom. One of the heroes is called Bung Tomo. He was burning the people's spirit for Arek-Arek Suroboyo through his speech on RRI radio. Bung Tomo will always be in my heart and our hearts.
Ladies and Gentlemen,
Thank you for your attention and goodbye
The Important Role of Education
Good morning, on this happy occasion, I want to deliver a speech about education. As we know, education plays an important role in the progress of a nation.
If the education of the people is left behind, then the population will experience difficulties in adapting and facing pressure from the outside world.
Therefore, it is not surprising that the government holds many programs to support the progress of education in Indonesia, one of which is by allocating large amounts of funds, so the dropout rate can be reduced and more students can get the right to education.
Actually, education can not only be obtained at school. Even outside of school, we can use technology to access education. Take advantage of an online platform that can be accessed for free to get free knowledge from various parts of the world, so that we can compete with the people out there.
Developing countries are also very concerned about the quality of the education of their people, so it is not surprising that the quality of campus abroad is quite good, even though many Indonesians decide to gain knowledge out there.
Global Economy
Assalamu'alaikum Wr. Wb.
Ladies and gentlemen, let me stand in front of the audience to talk about the global economy.
It is a widely accepted view that globalization would not only benefit all countries across the world but would also work towards the betterment of the economy as a whole. Globalization was not only loose of boundaries of each country but associated with many complex things in a country including economics. A global economy is characterized as a world economy with a unified market for all goods produced across the world. It thus gives domestic producers an opportunity to expand and raise capacity according to global demands Likewise, it also provides an opportunity for domestic consumers to choose from a vast array of imported goods. A global economy aims to rationalize the prices of all products globally.
While a global economy or globalization has the distinct advantage of raising world productivity and incomes and bringing about an improvement in the standards of living for all people at a global level, it has the dangerous side effect of growth with inequality. This has been evidenced in the less developed economies of India, China, and Brazil where the benefits of globalization have not percolated to the lowest levels. This has brought about a wide divide between the have-nots and the have-nots.
A Global Economy also leads to a shifting of jobs from the developed countries to the Third World Countries as wage rates are much lower here. This allows companies of the advanced nation to grow exponentially. For example, we might find computer chips produced in China to be exported to the USA for design which may be subsequently used in Japanese computers supplied across the world. This process is called “outsourcing” and leads to the exploitation of workers in Third World economies where income inequalities already exist.
The last, nonetheless, a global economy may be beneficial for the world at large. This may result in the economies of the world fighting issues such as global warming or maybe climate change.
Thank you for your kind attention.
Wassalamu'alaikum Wr. Wb.
National Education Day
Assalamu'alaikum wr.wb
Let's thank a lot to Allah Swt. for his blessing that we can gather here on this good occasion. Let's also price and send a greeting to our illuminator great prophet Muhammad saw. The honorable, principal of JHS Pangeran Jayakarta and my beloved friends.
The topic of my speech is National Education Day. Every 2nd May, we celebrate it, on the struggle era, Indonesian citizens could not allow to school. They wanted Indonesian always to be stupid, So, we couldn't war against them. But Indonesian youth tried to get an education, especially from wealthy people, one of them was Ki Hajar Dewantara. He is an Education hero, and because of him, we can study at school, our task is only to fight stupidity.
That will be all for my speech. I hope it will be useful for us, Thank you for your attention.
Wassalamu'alaikum wr, wb.
Bullying
Ladies and gentlemen, bullying may seem like a small problem for some people. Most people may not realize that the damage caused by bullying can be so serious.
It can be as serious as "death" in extreme cases. If you think that bullying is not a serious matter to deal with just because it merely hurts "feelings" then I have to tell you that you are completely wrong.
This "merely hurt your feelings" thing can be the beginning of various worse scenarios such as physical assault, suicide, or any other kinds of violent acts carried out in the name of revenge.
As I said just now that bullying is not a serious problem for some people, just because we simply don't see the damage. But the thing is, based on my experience as a teacher, I learned that the effect of bullying can stay undetected for years.
During this time, the effect of bullying keeps corrupting the soul of the victim. They may hold it inside as a grudge, or they may also develop trauma which may result in self-withdrawal.
I believe that this is something that we don't want to happen to our children. That is why we have to act right now to stop it, and I mean all of us with no exception.
ENVIRONMENTAL
Good morning, audience. Let me give a speech about the environment so that we can reap many lessons.
As we know, the environmental conditions that we live in today are very different from the environment several decades ago. In the past, we could easily find trees, but now the land containing plants has been replaced with housing.
Environmental problems are not only limited to plants. If we are sensitive, many fauna or animals lose their habitat. Humans seize their place of residence, so that animals have difficulty getting a place to live again.
Not infrequently, animals that cannot get a house will attack humans in order to get food. Therefore, we should start from ourselves to foster a sense of love for the environment.
Use methods that are easy and simple, for example by throwing garbage in its place, not using plastic when shopping, and saving on water use. So my speech about the environment from me, let's take care of the environment together.
EDUCATION
Good morning! On this happy occasion, I want to deliver a speech about education. As we know, education plays an important role for the progress of a nation.
Even outside of school we can use technology to access education. Take advantage of an online platform that can be accessed for free to get free knowledge from various parts of the world, so that we can compete with the people out there.
Developed countries are also very concerned about the quality of the education of their people, so it is not surprising that the quality of campus abroad is quite good, even many Indonesians decide to gain knowledge out there. Thus, we must learn to be able to catch up, especially if we have not yet had the opportunity to distribute education.

HEALTH
Assalamu'alaikum Wr. Wb
Dear tutors, as well as my friends are happy. Let us praise to God Almighty who gave us Scott be health.
And as we know, our health depart from a healthy pattern of our lives anyway. The pattern of healthy living is indeed important. Besides being able to make a healthy body, it can also make us avoid diseases. There are a few healthy living patterns to consider, among others, diet, exercise and rest.
Diet should be maintained so as not to give rise to things we don't want, such as obesity or even malnutrition.
Next is sport. Well as we know, sport is an activity that's easy to do, but many ignored. But regular exercise can be memberikan benefit for the health of the body.
Next is the issue a rest.
Enough rest will restore our bodies are tired and give enough time for the body to restore the power that has been used.
All right. Healthy life pattern that starts with a good diet, regular exercise and adequate rest, it is necessary also supported the attitude which is always optimistic. Because, there is nothing that can hinder one's step that is optimistic, even failures and impediments to even be considered as a lesson. Optimism is also good for the health impact of the body.
So I tell them, the apoa. So, the pattern of healthy living is indeed we need because the benefits of healthy living Patterns must be applied starting from ourselves. Originally indeed heavy, but when done repeatedly, then the time will also be used. Enough so that I can convey, may be useful. Sorry if there is wrong.
MUSLIM
Distinguished teachers, brothers and sisters,
Assalamu'alaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuh,
May peace and blessings of Allah be upon all of you.
It is a great honor for me to stand here now as the representative of my school to participate in this Annual Islamic Conference. Also it is an honor for me to be able to share with you some of my thoughts on how Islam is as a religion of peace which is unfortunately misunderstood by world societies today.
O my noble brothers,
Maintaining peace is one of the highest desires of mankind in this age and time. However, unfortunately peace is becoming more difficult to find anywhere. There is a lot of war going on in many places. Everyone consider themselves as the right ones and think of others as the wrong ones, without trying to better understand each other.
Islam offers the real peace for the whole of mankind. We do not say that Islam is the only religion which offers peace. However, the term 'Islam' itself derived the Arabic root 'Salam' which means peace or submission to the Will of Allah. Someone, who commits acts of terrorism, even if committed in the name of Islam, does not deserve to be called Muslims.
Indeed, the true Islam is that which contained in the Qur'an (Holy book of Islam) and in the Sunnah (The sayings of the prophet Muhammad SAW). And not everything that is said to be Islam is in considered part of the religion of Islam. It needs to be returned to the Qur'an and to the Sunnah.
Allah, the Most Merciful, said:
"And do not kill those souls whom Allah has prohibited unless justified by a due legal right" (Surah Al-An'am 6:151)
The Prophet of Muhammad (SAW) said, in an authentic hadeeth by Imam al-Bukhari,
"Whoever kills a non-Muslim who has an agreement with the Muslims then he will not smell the fragrance of Paradise"
In the other authentic hadeets by al-Bukhari, The Prophet of Muhammad (SAW) also said,
"A true Muslim, is that the one from whose tongue and hand Muslims are safe"
It is very clear that Islam give a warning against every acts of terrorism. And we surely understand, if the acts of terrorism are committed by a Muslim, meaning that they have violated Islamic rule within the Qur'an and Sunnah. Only people who love peace can be called as a truly Muslim.
O my noble brothers,
According to the United Stated (US) National Counter-Terrorism Center, Al-Qaeda kills over seven times more Muslims than non-Muslims. According to the United Nation's report, Muslims are the largest victims of ISIS. According to the US State Department, Muslims are also the largest victims of terrorism in general. So, the only relationship between Islam and terrorism is Islam is the most victims of it.
Finally, this is the true Islam that I can explain to you today. Far away from the image raised by the media, the message of Islam actually offers a peace for the whole of mankind, against any forms of terrorism acts. All humans, whatever their religion, are invited to come and discover the peaceful message of Islam.
Let us all work together to maintain the peace. Let us hold hands together to create a peaceful paradise on earth. May Allah help us to do so. God bless us all. Ameen.
Wassalamu'alaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuh.
PERPISAHAN
Every year, we hold a farewell party for our senior students a couple of weeks before their graduation. Have you ever asked yourself, why do we hold it before their graduation? Why not later? Well, the answer is actually pretty simple: the essential meaning of the event itself.
This farewell party is a family event, and we are family. This event is not about the dance or the music performances. This event is about appreciating the chance that we have to gather around together for maybe the last time.
I don’t know what will happen tomorrow, nor I know what will happen in the next five or ten years. Some of you might already be somebody of your dream living so far from this place. Some of you might still struggle with your dream, fighting so hard to achieve it. But I do know one thing: that our prayer will always be with you, that we will always be hoping for the best for you because you are family.
PEMBUKAAN SEMINAR
Greetings to one and all. It gives me immense warmth and great pleasure to grace all of your presence in the interest of the entire committee. It gives me tremendous pleasure to be presenting the welcome speech amongst the most esteemed personalities who have won accolades in their respective fields.
Before we begin this seminar, I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to all of you who have sincerely committed to this event to make it a success. This event would have been impossible without the support of each and everyone present here.
SAMPAH
Good morning my teacher and friends.
I thank God for His blessing, and the teacher for choosing me to deliver this message to you all.
Today I want to tell you about things that are so close in our life but often forgotten. We all know that plastic waste takes a long time to decompose. It can take up to 1000 years to decompose plastic in the landfills. Long isn’t it? Most of the plastic waste also ended up in the ocean that caused an interference to the ocean’s ecosystem.
It is sad to know how small the number of people nowadays who have started to consider recycling plastic waste into something useful instead of throwing them into the bin. And yet, that is still not everyone who has done this so far. We need to be more aware of the environment and be eco-friendly, or the future generation will suffer.
The society has dealt with flood and water waste pollution. Without realizing it or not, most of the reason is because we do not throw trash into the bin and just throw it carelessly. Therefore, it’s time for us to take action and be more considerate.
Throwing away trash into its rightful place, which is the bin, may seem petty, but big things start with little steps.
ISLAM
Assalamualaikum wr wb
Peace be upon you, and Allah mercy and blessings
Good morning audience,
On this wonderful occasion, I am here to give a speech about Islam. Many still think that Islam is a religion about war, but actually Islam has very beautiful sides and we can apply it in our daily lives.
For example, Muslims live by referring to the Qur’an and the sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad. The Messenger of Allah as a good role model has exemplified the noble character that must be applied by every Muslim.
Every Apostle’s habits have nothing to harm, so we must exemplify the habits and nature of the Prophet.
Our daily lives should not be far from Islamic values, from waking up to going to sleep again.
In fact, the procedure for going to the bathroom, wearing clothes, even drinking and eating was arranged. It turns out that the beautiful value of Islam is not only regulated for individuals, but also in social life. For example, in neighboring lives, we are obliged to maintain good relations.
In fact, if someone cooks and smells to a neighbor’s house, then we are asked to provide the food.
So, Islam does have beautiful values and it is only natural that we implement these values in everyday life and community life. So many speeches from me.
Wassalamu alaikum

PEMANASAN GLOBAL
That so many of us are here today is a recognition that the threat from climate change is serious, it is urgent, and it is growing. Our generation's response to this challenge will be judged by history, for if we fail to meet it - boldly, swiftly, and together - we risk consigning future generations to an irreversible catastrophe." These are the words President Obama used to begin his global warming speech before the United Nations Summit in 2009.
Search Google for global warming and you will get almost 65 million pages of results. The subject has certainly drawn a lot of attention. But just what is global warming? What is causing it? What effects does it have on the earth and its inhabitants? What are some possible solutions? These are the questions that I will be addressing in this short, informative speech today.
What is Global Warming?
Global warming is the gradual increase of the temperature of earth's atmosphere and oceans. Over the past century the average temperatures have gone up by just over one degree. This may not seem like much, but many scientists agree that the earth's temperatures are starting to increase at a faster rate.
What Causes It?
Global warming occurs when greenhouse gases, such as carbon dioxide, nitrous oxide, and methane trap heat inside the earth's atmosphere. Think about what happens when you open your car door after the windows have been rolled up on a hot day. Heat from the sun enters the car, but the frame of the car prevents it from escaping. To a small extent, this is a representation of what happens during global warming. Burning fossil fuels like petroleum and deforestation both contribute to the problem.
What Effects does Climate Change Have on the Earth and its Inhabitants?
Global warming has already started to affect the earth in several ways. Arctic glaciers have begun to melt, threatening indigenous life such as the polar bears. Melting glaciers also cause sea levels to rise. This could become a problem for low land areas like the ones in the South Sea Islands. Ocean temperatures have begun to rise. This causes some of the algae to die which can affect the entire food chain.
What are some Possible Solutions to the Problem?
There are ways we can combat the effects of global warming. The Clean Air Act of 1990 is a law in the United States that attempts to protect and improve the earth's air and atmosphere. Some of the components of this law include limiting harmful vehicle emissions and phasing out the use of chemicals that can damage the ozone layer. On a more personal level, we can work to prevent global warming by planting trees and by car-pooling.
Climate change is seen as a serious threat that is receiving serious attention world-wide. Hopefully, this global warming speech has helped inform you of what causes it and the effects that it has on the earth. It's up to you to decide how you can help to do something about it.
KELULUSAN
Principal Brown, members of the School Board, teachers, parents, friends, and fellow graduates, it is an honor to speak to all of you today. A little over 12 years ago I was 6, and I remember my first day of school. I was excited with my new Power Rangers lunchbox. My parents were there with their camera, snapping pictures and wishing me well. And I met a cool kid named James. In some ways, not much has changed in 12 years.
Here I am today. OK, so I didn't bring my Power Rangers lunchbox but, my parents are here with their camera, snapping pictures and wishing me well. My best friend James is here, and he's still a really cool kid. And, I am excited. But this is how things are different. Twelve years ago I was excited, but I had no idea about the implications of the journey I was about to begin. I had no idea that after 1st grade there would be 2nd grade and 3rd grade and so on. I was just excited to be in first grade.
Today, I know that I am standing on the brink of my future - the first day of the rest of my life. As a "computer geek" I am inspired by the words of one of our greatest American computer scientists, Alan Kay. He said, "The greatest way to predict the future is to invent it." Some of us here today, including our parents, are wondering how our lives are going to turn out. It is OK to wonder but, I also think it is important to realize that our future is not just something that happens to us. It is up to us to create.
So, fellow graduates, I urge you today to embrace the opportunity before you. Take what you have learned throughout the last 12 years and put it to good use. Leave behind what isn't helpful (I'm leaving my Power Rangers lunchbox) and bring forward with you the lessons that will be the working parts of your greatest invention ever, Your Life! Congratulations!
ORGANISASI SISWA
Good afternoon, students and staff members! My name is Stephanie, and I'm running for student body president. I'll keep this quick as I'm sure you are ready to get out of here.
You might be saying to yourself, "Should Stephanie really be the student body president? After all, she's only been at our school for two years." It's true that I am fairly new to Jefferson Anderson High School. At first glance, this may seem like a disadvantage. I didn't attend this school for my freshman and sophomore years, and I've only known most of you for a couple of years.
When you think about it though, there is actually a benefit in choosing someone who is coming into the school from somewhere else. I have new ideas that I can bring in from the school I was at before. Are you tired of doing the same old things year after year? Are you ready to do something different? One thing I noticed about this school when I came last year is that most of the students didn't really get to make any of the decisions here at the school.
Did anyone ever ask you what you wanted to do for a fundraiser? Did anyone ever ask you what you wanted to buy with the money we raised? Who makes these decisions? Those types of decisions are left up to the student council. The person you choose to represent you as president will speak for the entire senior class. Do you want to choose someone who will make those decisions for you without knowing what you want?
If you vote for me as a student council president, I promise to always get your opinions before making any decisions. You should have a say in the actions that will affect you. Every single one of you can come to me with your ideas, and I promise to listen and speak for you. I may not be the most well-known person running for student council president, but I promise to listen to each and every one of you.
You matter. Your opinion matters. Don't choose someone who will make all of the decisions for you. Don't vote for the person who will pick whatever their friends want them to choose. Choose someone who wants to be your spokesperson. Choose someone who cares about what you want. Choose me, Stephanie, for your student council president.
KEBIJAKAN SERAGAM
Should students be required to wear a uniform to school? That is the question that has been raised for discussion here today. Private schools have long been known for having school uniform policies. Now some public schools such as ours are deciding whether or not they want their students to wear a school uniform. Some people argue that requiring students to dress a certain way takes away their sense of creativity and individuality. However, there are several strong arguments in favor of schools requiring school uniforms.
Wearing a school uniform can encourage some students to take their responsibilities more seriously. If they wear the same clothes to school that they wear when they go to the mall with their friends, they may have the same laid back attitude in both places. Wearing "work clothes" to school can change the students' frame of mind and inspire a more serious attitude that is focused on study.
School uniforms can also lessen the negative effects of class status. In some schools you are only popular if you wear the latest fashions and trends. Students are sometimes left out or even teased if they are unable or unwilling to pay to dress the way the popular students are dressing. Requiring students to wear a school uniform levels the playing field, by reducing the implied class status that is created when only certain students can buy the most expensive clothes.
Not only is teasing decreased, but violence can also be prevented at schools that have a required uniform. Gang violence is becoming more prevalent at schools around the country. Sometimes fights can start over someone wearing the "wrong color" or gang symbol. There have even been instances of gang members sneaking into schools to recruit or harass students.
Required school uniforms can reduce fighting among students and prevent outsiders from being able to get into the school undetected. Some opponents of school uniforms worry about the cost, but uniforms can actually cost less than other school clothes. With regular clothes you usually buy a different outfit for each day of the week.
You may even buy more than that. With a school uniform you can just purchase a few items, as you don't have to worry about wearing something different each day. You can also pass school uniforms down to family members, or find them on sale from other families.
There is a lot of controversy over whether or not school uniforms should be required. However, when you look at the facts you will see that there are many benefits to students all wearing the same thing to school. Students may take school more seriously, teasing and violence can be decreased, and you may even save some money. Please keep these benefits in mind when you vote today!
PENDIDIKAN
The honorable, my teacher, and my beloved friends, good morning. First of all, thank you for having me here in this fine and joyfull morning. I hope we are all in the good health. Today I would convey in the importance of education in my short speech. On many occasions we hear the term education, but what is education? How importance is education to our country and ourselves as students?
Well, to answer the first question, education refers to a process by which a person develops their skills, attitudes and values. Many times we associate this term with the school, however we must also take into account that education is not exclusive to this institution, but also it is up to the family and even to the friendships with whom we live together day by day, that is why we can say that “men can get to improve each other.” There is a phrase that I like very much and I find it very true. If the people of a country care about the education, it shows that they love their nation. It is said that in order for a country to prosper it needs education, but why?
The honorable audiences, we study not to go to the graduation ceremony and hang our picture on the wall of our house, much less to show off to our friends. we study to practice and to acquire knowledge, and those two then will prepare us to the real life situation. Education brings us too many benefits, such as confidence in ourselves, freedom to decide, conscience as a whole, help us to improve ourselves, to feel fulfilled, to feel that we are something in life and that we have an end for which to live. But this is not the only satisfaction that education gives us, but with it we achieve a better quality of life; When we want to buy a dress, shoes, food, or anything else, we need a work, which currently is not so easy to find and less if we don’t have an adequate education.
It is said that the future of our country is in the hands of the children and as the children in this country, we must try hard to achieve that. That is why today I invite all the audiences here to reflect on the importance of education. We have to take advantage of this chance to be able to go to school to study. We must appreciate the effort that our parents make to send us to school, and think that there are many children who would like to study but for some reason they can not do it.
Finally, ask ourselves: without effort and education, how do we want to improve ourselves? How do we want to live better? In short, how do we want a better country?. Therefore, education is an important part of our life as well as an essential part to develop a better future for the country. So this is the end of my speech today. I hope some of the points that I have conveyed today make us more appreciate of our chance to be able to have the education at school and make us study more dilligently for both our country’s and our own future. I thank you for the attention. Good day.
PRESIDEN JOKOWI
I am glad to be here and on this beautiful day. I would like to take the opportunity to ask you who will win next year's presidential election.
Ah, wrong speech.
I'm sorry, I apologize for the wrong speech. Even if I know that all of you are curious about it. I'm sorry. But seriously, our friends in Singapore know us so well that whoever will lead Indonesia will be focused on turning this magnificent country into the powerhouse and giant of Asia. So everything will be fine. No need to worry. Your investment in Indonesia will continue to be safe and also the continuity of Nusantara Capital City's development. A world-class smart city, surrounded by nature, a green city with 65% forest, the first carbon-neutral city in Indonesia, which has world-class education and health facilities. Nusantara will be a comfortable city to live in and to do business.
I know housing prices here have risen very high. Maybe, living in Nusantara can become an option. Now development is ongoing, basic infrastructure and center of government will be finished next year, using national budget. And for the private sector for early pace, we have prepared 300 investment packages, total value 2,6 billion US Dollars in various fields: housing, transportation, energy, technology and others. Then, there is a question about the minimum population level. Don't worry, Indonesia has the world's 4th largest population. It will not be difficult to populate a world-class city.
And there is another question about incentives. Isi, isilah. I was also a businessman, don't worry, we have prepared fiscal incentives, tax holidays, non-collected value-added tax, super deduction tax, import duty. We have more than everything. Especially regarding green energy and green industry. We will facilitate it as best as we can. Because we believe economic success and sustainability must be worked on together. That is why the first thing we have built-in Nusantara is a botanical center, a nursery center, with a capacity of 16 million seeds per year in Rumpin and then 15 million seeds per year in Mentawir. Indonesia is seriously committed in energy transition. We have very big potential in new and renewable energy. Nearly 434.000 megawatts, 434 gigawatts. From geothermal, wind, solar, biofuel, and hydro.
Let me give, let me give you an example of hydro potential. We have 4.400 potential rivers. 128 of them are large rivers, for example, Kayan River in Kalimantan, that is green energy source for the green industrial park in north Kalimantan. There is huge potential to produce green products from the green industry that currently served as priorities in sectors of industrial down streaming, solar panel and battery manufacturing industry and electric vehicle manufacturing industry. Ladies and gentlemen, what else are you waiting for? Edelman Trust Barometer has just published a survey of public confidence in conducting business in Indonesia is at high level, second place after China. Once again, second place after China. And admit global uncertainty, Indonesia's economy is going consistently above 5%. Last year, we grew 5,3%. The first quarter of this year we grew 5,03%, inflation is maintained at a safe level, on May, 4% year on year. On May 4% year on year. Balance of trade has been in surplus for 36 straight months. Last year our trade surplus 54,5 billion US Dollar. Social political stability has been stable.

Previously, let us thank to Allah SWT, because of His blessings and mercy we can gather in this nice and beautiful place in a good health and full of enthusiasm.
I would like to thank the host and the committee for inviting me to provide some insight into this activity.
Let me introduce myself first, my name is Yono, I graduated in accounting, human resources, engineering, and i am now studying law. I am now carrying out my duties as head of the production, auditing and collection at one of the multi-national holding companies in Jakarta
I will present the company's operational effectiveness in achieving the decided targets. As we know, companies are given targets every year, the numbers of which always increase.
There are several keys that must be considered and implemented to achieve this target. These keys include optimal service, monitoring based on data and carried out consistently, auditing to test the veracity of transactions that have been recorded, and debt collection from debtors regularly and fairly.
Optimal service is carried out with empathy, integrity, completely carried out in the interests of the company, without any personal or group interests. Employees must act politely, respond quickly, and provide solutions in accordance with applicable regulations.
Monitoring is needed in order that customers carry out calculations, payments and reporting transactions in a timely manner and in the correct amounts. Violations can be identified early and customers can be immediately reminded so that they immediately comply with their obligations. Don't let customers make payments irregularly. create a payout table to keep track of it, complete with an explanation of the situation. Comprehensive discussions or case surgery between stakeholders especially supervisors and auditors are very necessary, especially for customers with a very large number of transactions, or customers who are in group companies, because there are transfer pricing issues there.
Meanwhile, auditing and inspections are carried out randomly to test customer compliance in carrying out their obligations, as well as to test whether company employees have carried out their work professionally and with integrity. The success of an auditing depends on 3 things, namely the adequacy of auditing raw materials, the competency of the auditor, and the acceleration of completion of the auditing.
Debtors who have business debts are provided with education, counseling, as well as submitting letters of warning, letters of force, blocking, confiscation, selling confiscated goods, as well as submitting recommendations for prevention to the competent authorities.
It is very necessary to have activities to maintain employee competency and integrity, activities in the form of training, internalization of company values and work culture, as well as regular and ongoing evaluations.
So if these activities are carried out professionally, with integrity and consistency, and carried out periodic evaluations as needed, and accompanied by prayer, it is hoped that the company's goals can be achieved.
That's my material, if there are more or less, please forgive me, and once again thank you.
Wassalamualaikum wr. wbr.
Some tips to bear in mind when writing a speech
– KISS: the golden rule of Keep It Short and Simple really does apply. Keep your sentences short, your grammar simple. Not only is this more powerful than long rambling prose, but you’re more likely hold your audience’s attention – and be able to actually remember what you’re trying to say!
– Rule of 3: another golden rule. The human brain responds magically to things that come in threes. Whether it’s a list of adjectives, a joke, or your main points, it’s most effective if you keep it to this structure.
– Imagery: Metaphors, similes and description will help an audience to understand you, and keep them entertained.
– Pronouns: Use “we” to create a sense of unity, “them” for a common enemy, “you” if you’re reaching out to your audience, and “I” / “me” if you want to take control.
– Poetry: Repetition, rhyme and alliteration are sound effects, used by poets and orators alike. They make a speech much more memorable. Remember to also structure pauses and parentheses into a speech. This will vary the flow of sound, helping you to hold your audience’s attention.
– Jokes: Humour is powerful. Use it to perk up a sleepy audience, as well as a rhetorical tool. Laughter is based on people having common, shared assumptions – and can therefore be used to persuade.
– Key words: “Every”, “improved”, “natural”, “pure”, “tested’ and “recommended” will, according to some surveys, press the right buttons and get a positive response from your listeners.

WHEN
TRAVELLING
I have visited several cities in Indonesia. These cities include Yogyakarta, Solo, Semarang, Surabaya, Denpasar, Mataram, Banjarmasin, Balikpapan, Palembang, Tanjung Pandang, and Medan.
I visited these cities as part of my assignment. At that time I served at the Head Office of the Directorate General of Taxes. I carry out the task of formulating policy concepts related to taxation, and also have the task of providing guidance and supervising vertical offices in the regions.
The most impressive area for me to visit was the city of Yogyakarta. This city reminds me of 2 decades ago when I studied in Yogyakarta. I took courses at the Department of Geomatics Engineering, Gadjah Mada University. The impressive thing was when my friends and I had lunch together. We have a popular regular stall called SGPC or Sego Pecel in Selokan Mataram, an area to the north of campus which is close to the Selokan Mataram river.
As an educational city, Yogyakarta has a very dynamic situation. Until midnight or early morning, internet cafes are still busy with visitors, mostly students. They are busy browsing to find data for college purposes, doing assignments, or doing research.
Yogyakarta is also famous for its many types of food and cheap prices. There are soto kadipiro, gudeg yu jum, duck Mataram, and pecel lele almost all the way in Yogyakarta. Visitors were very busy and endless. Indeed, Yogyakarta is a lively, dynamic and exciting city.
Not to mention we walked along Malioboro Street, one of the favorite destinations in the city of Yogyakarta. At that time there were still many street vendors along the road, selling various types of clothing at affordable prices. Here buyers have to be clever at bargaining to get a cheap price. The atmosphere became even more fun when a group of street musicians presented an interesting performance with angklung music. The visitors circled around the band, enjoying the music and sometimes dancing. Truly extraordinary.
